Note to self

Remember this combo:

• Pineapple, mango and banana chunks
• Rice milk - vanilla flavor
• Pineapple juice
• Dash of honey
• 1 ts coconut oil

Looks horrible and sort of gooey, tastes like heaven on a summer day. NOM!
